HaKeypad IPA 1.2 Cracked for iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad

HaKeypad
Description
The HaKeypad is a music instrument for improvising and composing. It is a piano keyboard with the keys in a harmonic table layout.

The keys, shaped as hexagons, line up along 4 axis that increment in consistent intervals. Moving to the right, each key is a half step from the previous. Moving up, the steps are perfect fifths (the fifth note in a standard major scale). Ascending diagonally to the right and left moves up to the next major third or minor third, respectively.

In addition, pressing any three adjoining keys always produces a chord. The chord is a major or minor chord, depending on whether the third key is to the right or left.

The beauty of this layout is that once you learn a pattern for a scale or riff, you just move your pattern to a different location on the keypad to change the musical key you are playing in.

Example patterns for scales and song melodies are available on our website.

On the iPhone, there are 39 tones in portrait and 35 in landscape, with scrolling for 1-2 rows/columns. On the iPad, all 88 keys on the standard piano are available via scrolling 3 cols in portrait and 3 rows in landscape.

What's new in Version 1.2
This version fixes a terrible bug that caused the app to work and look horrible on iPhone devices. The app would crash wildly and only show 8 or so keys. It looked nothing like the test versions I worked on. I've changed the test procedure to help catch such bugs in the future.

In addition, the keys now extend to the edge of the screen rather than having a margin. This adds more rows and columns of keys.

The iPhone version also has a "settings" button to be able to adjust the volume. This is helpful for those of us with older iPod Touch devices that do not have the volume control on the side.
