What's new in Version 1.5
It was long on top of wishlists. Now the landscape weekview is available.

All exciting new features:
+ added week landscape view
+ faq section in settings

Optimizations:
✗ optimize long tap recognition (now faster)
✗ optimize day view display (faster and accurate on many parallel or overlapping events)
✗ refresh birthdays in dashboard after day change before new loading is performed

Problems solved:
✓ remove old badge after disabling badge on icon
✓ crash in day view
✓ misleading error message on saving event if no error occured
✓ add suggest in any case and disallow duplicates
✓ prolonging a event over two or more days does not update all calendar views
✓ alarm setting could be displayed wrong (but executed correct)
