Very Important Requirement: You NEED a digital camera which is capable of long exposures of at least 5 seconds. Please make sure your camera has that feature before you download Holographium!
Good to know: Holographium works best in an darkened environment. For best results increase the brightness of your screen and read the instructions before you begin.

Project "Fullstar": Actually Holographium was supposed to be free until 15th Nov 2010. Due to too many downloaders who don't read the instructions and leave bad ratings instead, I decided to establish a small barrier early.

***** How it works *****
After you've configured your custom 3D text, Holographium performs a massive calculation. The 2-dimensional Text is converted into a bunch of interconnected vertices in 3-dimensional space, optimized, and then sliced into hundreds of frames.
When your digital camera is ready, these frames will be projected over time on the holographic extrusion matrix, appearing quickly on your screen as bright lines and squares. While this doesn't seem to make sense for your eye, your digital camera will produce amazingly cool long exposures when you drag them out in front of it. The built-in timer and countdown helps you to synchronize the start of your long exposure with the start of the holographic light extrusion.

✓ Uses the beautiful default font which can render thousands of special UTF-8 symbols like music notes, hearts and more. Almost every symbol you can type on your device is supported by Holographium. Simply copy them from any source you like (i.e. Safari app) and paste them into the text field.
✓ Beautifully animated audiovisual interface with high quality graphics and sound. Also looks great on the iPad. I care a lot about quality and user experience.
✓ Select one of 9 carefully chosen colors. I've been experimenting a lot to find the best working colors for holographic text extrusion.
✓ Set the duration of your holographic text extrusion between 5 and 30 seconds in 0.5 second steps, using a really cool and fun radial input control.
